"I spent time in the Pirates organization and coached at Georgetown's highest level of success — a BIG EAST Championship Finals run, an MLB Coaching Development Program invite, players drafted into the big leagues. That's the standard I've built my career on, and it's the standard I'm building at STJ Academy. Every player in this program gets development that mirrors the collegiate and professional levels, because that's exactly where I want them to end up."
